The series only seems to get better and better with each new issue. The exploration of Gwendolyn's feelings for The Will is great. Some parts that I think that detracted from the issues was Mr. Heist and Klara quick relationship that they formed seemed unrealistic. The sub-plot with the underground journalists attempting to find information on Markos and Alana was also dull. There was not as much emphasis on revealing new things in the Saga universe as the two previous volumes but the chemistry of the characters meshes so well.

Rating Update 31 May 2019
Four stars to three stars. The journalist's sub-plot and the interactions with Mr. Heist are less than four star rated sections, and they take up a good portion of the volume.

Update 24 June 2019
With the adoption of my new rating system, a three star rating is befitting. The original review and rating update from May 31, 2019, conform to the new rating system. Having read the synopsis again, I cannot recall anything significant that would lift the volume to a four star rating.

Rating Update
I have lowered the rating from three stars to two stars. I do not recall the online of this volume so I skimmed through the issues online. I felt that the majority of the issues were two star-rated, with the three and four star-rated content coming from scenes with Prince Robot IV. A reread will be necessary to acquire an accurate rating but the two star-rating is a safe assessment for now.

Update
I have questioned why subsequent updates have found the book not to be as perfect as the original review praises it to be. I belief that the original review reviewed the book on its consummate, meshing ability. However, in regards to my personal reception, I do not believe this to be the case. Because of this logic, this is a technicality, hence the color change of the rating from grey with a grey outline to yellow and a grey outline.

Update
Continuing the previous update's questioning on why the original review praised this book, it may have been the continued residue of the first volume that has been believed to imbue the second volume.

I'm loving Saga. Like everything about it. It's making me a real believer the graphic novel genre.

I just finished a book with a character who writes comics, so I was inspired to go back to the next volume of this series. I absolutely love it! I’m trying to pace myself because there’s only 10 volumes, and I can get carried away. I’m rooting for this little family and their quest to find their place in the universe!

Really funny and creative graphic novel. Strong character development and very interesting plot lines. I also love the diversity of the characters. I will start from the beginning and catch up!
