I don't know what it was about this book but it kind felt like it dragged on. There are parts that I love. Then there are parts where I feel like "we're really rehashing this out again?" I also felt like there were multiple smaller stories in this that made us the whole story. It was good mainly because I loved all the characters from the first book. I don't see myself reading this one again.

These boys are just adorable. Coming into this book after LOVING Garron Park, I was excited to see where their lives were headed and what was going to happen.
Maddox and Devon. These men have been through so much, have very little, yet realize that all they need are each other. This book takes you on a ride. From the fighting and competition turning to love and yearning, my heart broke when they were separated (by circumstances Jim set into motion) and I found myself also yearning for them to be reunited.
Their relationship is not traditional. They fight. Hit. Shove. Compete. However, their love, lust and commitment to each other is unmatched. Together (with the help of family) this does have a HEA.
The side characters are great in this one.
