This book was interesting and informative and kept me interested and waiting for what would happen next on every page. Incredible for a book with a scientific basis. As someone with a neurological disease, Its great how she's sharing her story to help others.

A very interesting memoir about a women's journey with a neurological disorder. Her symptoms mimicked psychosis and she was misdiagnosed numerous times, as her condition worsened to catatonia. Fortunately, she had a supportive family and access to quality medical care. She eventually received a proper diagnosis and was able to make a relatively slow but full recovery.

It was an interesting story with fascinating info about various neurological disorders.

I dont really rate non-fiction but this was a really well told story. Lots of intrigue. If you like medical stuff id recommend this to you. I have not seen the movie i wasn’t aware of its existence until today!
