Great book! Slow paced but held my attention, ending was kinda predictable but I’m not mad at it. Loving the characters and their development, and I’m glad I gave this series a shot!

3.5 ⭐️ the beginning of this book was slowwww i find but you know it’s all good because the ending was enjoyable!!!

abe being her dad helllooooo what a twist, i guess the foreshadowing was there

also foreshadowing with avery but not as much #twistvillain i don’t know how to feel about it??? like did she contribute yes but idk idk

dimitri being evil but still wanting her but only for her skills and nananana was funky too like i thought strigoi were selfish and all that why would he want her that bad if it were the case but whatever lol he’ll probably get turned back in the next books!

hopefully lissa and christian will be okay but we don’t really see enough of them to know oop

It was really good i miss the old Dimitri! I love Adrian and Christian Blood promise was really grabbing i could barely put it down

I live seeing how much Rose has grown! I was STRESSING when she was trapped either Dimitri but I’m glad she was able to get out, get back to Lissa and allowed to continue studying. I’m so glad Dimitri is not dead because I was so upset when Oksana mentioned how they thought it was possible to heal them, like girl you could’ve mentioned this before Rose staked him.

I’m glad he’s alive and can still be saved but I’m also worried about what he might do.
