I needed a quick read. A mini break between books with characters and plots that I would get invested in.
Like anything else, there were good stories and so so stories. I did like the diversity of the tales. Not so standard hauntings, mythical creatures from Indigenous and Mexican lore.
The art work throughout and on the last pages were beautiful.
