Very good book that combines the authors story with research and commentary on how the digital world has changed young people's ideas about anorexia. Especially concerning is the pro-ana movement (people who view anorexia as a lifestyle choice and promote it with glamorized photos; detailed information on how to starve yourself, hide the extent of your weight loss from loved ones, and encouraging competitiveness related to how sick each person can get.) Eye-opening and also helpful if you have a family member with an eating disorder, to get into the thought process behind the behavior.
