A really well done and well rounded novella - you can read it in one or two sittings if you wish. For all the good girls out there - dreaming about their “bad” side.
Also for everone who LOVES summer, france and the meditarrenean sea.
It’s romantic, it’s sexy, it’s young and it’s evil. Perfect summer read, if you ask me

I already knew, like, three chapters in that I’d give this book a high rating. I heavily relate to Cecile in almost every single way possible except for her disdain for academics. She’s conniving, only interested in herself, she reminds me of Blair Waldorf, who’s my favorite character in my favorite TV show, “Gossip Girl”, & I agree with almost all of her personal views, philosophies, & personal politics. It’s so French, & it’s so me.
