So many people I know love this book and I really wanted to love it too! I started it years ago and gave up after 75 or so pages but revisited it for a book challenge. I assumed it just needed longer to get going , but 500 pages in I was still struggling and resenting every page. I would normally finish a book this size in 3-4 days if it grabs me, and this took forever. Didn't help that I stepped away from it 5-6 times to read something quick and light to fortify my to face it again. Stephen King has so many books I love, but this will rank waaaay at the bottom of the list for me. Oh well, can't win 'em all

Truly a phenomenal book, I loved this so much
The characters were all written in a super dynamic way, that felt very realistic which made this that much more incredible.
Heartbreaking end but it is a King book so I expected as much, fantastic read all the way through
