A low 3 star/high 2 star. Better written than the other fall romances I've read this last month, which were cringe-inducing.
Definitely had the possibility for a higher rating, but the alternating perspectives written in first person fell really flat. Why? The characters sounded the same! There was no distinction in voice or mannerisms. If the book were longer and gave more to the development of the character terms and the relationship, thus could have been a 4 star.

It’s cute just super rushed. They never even established dating yet all of a sudden he’s proposing… I literally thought I missed a few chapters.

It was cute, but I did find an issue with the writing. I liked the characters enough to give it a 3🌟 but the writing is giving lower.
