This was definitely an enjoyable read. It hewed rather closely to romance tropes, which I should have known (I am starting to grow weary of some of them). There was a misunderstanding/lack of communication piece that I didn't understand. It felt like Wisner needed a conflict in order to develop one of the main characters further, which I understand, but the specific conflict they went with just rang hollow and forced to me.
