This is a true murder mystery classic that I hadn’t read yet. I enjoy this a lot more than I thought I would. It was first published in 1934 and yet the writing wasn’t antiquated and the story felt timeless.

I can't fully explain what I don't like about this book without spoiling it, but suffice it to say that the ending deprived the story of my favorite part of a mystery. Poirot's investigative style often doesn't fit with what I enjoy about mysteries. Agatha Christie still writes with such skill and the audio production I listened to that was unusually good, but even that only brings the book to 3 stars.

It was very entertaining and I really loved Hercule Poirot's attitude and personality!
I wasn't completely into the ending though, but it was still a good read.
I can't wait to pick up more Agatha Christie!
