My first (and the first) Fallen Men book but not my last! I loved the dynamics between King and Cress. It’s not often you get an older woman/younger man in romances but it can be one of my favorites. Well written and engaging characters with smut that’s 10/10. Will be continuing on with this series for sure!

Wow!

This is my first time reading Giana Darling and she blew me away! Talk about hot, sexy, alpha males! This book is crawling with them! She writes amazing characters and her heroine isn’t afraid to speak her mind and stand up for herself. I can’t wait to read the rest of the series!

I liked it, king is just this misunderstood biker guy and I surprisingly really didn’t mind the age gap or it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Lot of back and forth which was annoying and I hated the nickname queen, just felt cheesy

I really liked this one. I couldn't guess the ending, which is saying a lot. It's plot-driven, which I am here for!
King is a darling character. He knows what he wants. And he gets it. I like that about him.
Cress is more passive. Very demure for my personal tastes. I wouldn't think they'd make a good match, but they do. They balance each other out.
I LOVE ZEUS. I WANT MORE ZEUS. If I had to pick a book boyfriend here, I'd pick him.

Now the brother was a good addition. I really enjoyed having that conflict with him as part of the plot. I could actually feel Cress's indecision about her brother. Hell, I'm still conflicted. I can't decide if she made the right choice or not.

Last, but not least, I FUCKING LOVE Benny and Carson. Please tell me they get their own story. Please? I love them. I love their rocky start. I love their personalities. I love them, period.

First off, the poetry in this book = grade A.

This was pretty good. Enjoyed the Vancouver setting. I thought that Cressida's marriage was really interesting. I've read quite a few age gap romances and the author's portrayal of a less idealized version of that type of relationship was great. It made me uncomfortable, for sure, but that was definitely the intent.

I will probably read the next book soon.

I read these out of order

So maybe that is why I didn’t enjoy it as much

I preferred cress in the others

And I didn’t like her in this one also king got on my nerves quite a lot as well

It was good but definitely not my favourite

This book is absolutely filthy in the best way possible. I haven't read many motorcycle club romances but wow I think I might just start now!

I was a little hesitant at first about the reverse age gap, but let me just say: KING IS A MAN!! He does not allow anyone to deter him from what he wants, or in this case, who he wants. King has a rough exterior, but he is (deep down) a hopeless romantic with the words of a poet. Well, a poet with a super filthy mouth. He is unapologetically himself and I absolutely LOVED his character so much!

Okay now Cress, my girl Cress. She had me nearly throwing my kindle across the room a few times. But just thinking about everything that has happened to her and how her family basically brainwashed her into being their version of "perfect", I really do feel for her. And King is just so god damn patient with her, he is seriously a saint and I LOVED how she came through in the end (I WAS SO PROUD OF HER!!)

This book was fantastic and I am such a huge fan of Giana's writing! I cannot wait to continue with this series!

King & Queenie

“If there’s somethin’ you need, Queen, it’s your King who provides it for you. You don’t like that, you need to learn to eat it.”

King might be 18 but he knows what he wants!

As a series debut and my first book by the author this hit the mark for me. Loved that it was set in my backyard too. I wasn’t sure what to think at first, but I guess King did something to me because I got past the insta love and overuse of babe pretty quickly. It’s a very readable book you just want to keep reading and now I just want to keep going with the series.
