-FAV BOOK OF THE YEAR
-started off meh then *chefs kiss*
-I've never liked the student-teacher age gap romance like that BUT THEY ATE DOWN! He brought her to life, opened her up to a world she never imagined for herself and she loves him so purely and wholly like...they got me and they got me.
-heart, smut, forbidden love, age-gap, and crime! GOD TIER! YUP YUP!

Loveable characters: Yes

This is basically Sons of Anarchy is Jax Teller dated his teacher.
Right down to character descriptions.
The parallels were so obvious and other than that I really don’t remember any of the plot.
I wasn’t super impressed tbh

This series started with a bang. I loved the book, loved that she was the older woman and the teacher but he was the one corrupting her. Their dynamic is not like anything I had read before and it felt really refreshing. I think it was a perfect introduction to the MC’s world and members, getting to know them and their bitches a little. Another thing I loved about this book was the female friendship and welcoming all of them are with any new addition to the group and the brotherhood between the members and how everyone has each others backs. I need more!

This is a re-read for me, and boy am I glad that I did. It has been such a long time since I’ve read it that I forgot the majority of the book.

I fell in love with King and Cres all over again. I know their relationship shouldn’t have happened, but the heart wants what it wants. The instant chemistry was off the charts.

I totally forgot the trauma that Cres had to go through and the whole drama with her brother, so it once again kept me on the edge of my seat.

I got 3 books into the series and just never went back to finish it. So I’m excited to get to the other stories as well!

King is my new book boyfriend. I don’t care that he’s totally uncharacteristically mature for an 18 year old. I totally ate that shit up.

I really did enjoy this book, I just struggle with the teacher/student relationship. Otherwise I thought it was well written and def spicy!

This is my first real MC romance and it did not disappoint! I definitely loved the motorcycle club aspect of this story and all the members, which is great because they all got their own stories (which you will see soon from me !).

First of all, I surprisingly haven’t read a teacherxstudent with a women teacher but I LOVED IT. Cressida and King were meant to be and their relationship was absolutely adorable. I loved seeing Creasida come into herself and break away from her submissive upbringing. Also, their relationship was HOT

Got out of a reading slump just to fall right back into one because of this book. The writing??? Read about 36%, skimmed the rest, eventually gave up and read the last chapter and epilogue.

“You’re a King who makes her want to be his rough and tumble Queen”

Just read it!

I was apprehensive about reading this book. I was afraid of it being something like the Letourneau /Fualaau story. Thankfully it wasn't. Just read it and don't let the blurb creep you out like it did me for awhile.
