Obwohl die Erzählart sich ab und zu wiederholt hat, sehr perspektivreich. Hat obwohl wahrscheinlich eher traditionell und überholt, mich dem Feminismus näher gebracht. Die Geschichten hatten ohne viel magischem etwas Mystisches. Die "Lehren" der Geschichten waren sehr distinkt, aber mochte das eigentlich und haben sich als einzelne Puzzleteile gut zu dem Bild 'Feminismus' zusammengefügt. Die Gedichte haben es aber nochmal besonders herausgerissen. Sehr poignant und klar die emotionale Dichte von Einsamkeit, feministischen Strukturen oder Druck im Leben vorgeführt. Herland hat mir auch strukturell auch eine andere Perspektive auf das Patriarchat verschafft.
Alles in allem ein gutes Basic Buch mit wunderschöner Erzählart über Feminismus. (Hat sich nur leider über Monate gezogen es zu lesen, weil Kurzgeschichten...)

It’s not a bad book, I can see why people like it. But for me, it was one I couldn’t wait to finish. Don’t get me wrong, there were some chapters that I liked, but they were overshadowed by those I didn’t.
