Every time I thought I knew where this was going....NOPE, I was wrong! What a wild ride. Every character in here is perfectly terrible. And yet, for some reason, I found myself really wanting two of them to succeed. What a trip.

The first ~1/3 was slow with little plot development and nothing drawing you into the characters, but once things started twisting it got good fast and kept that up the rest of the novel. I think the beginning is there to set the stage and create a solid foundation before breaking that down with each new reveal, building back up to a very satisfying ending
