I enjoyed this book. I thought I knew where it was going but was wrong each turn of the book. A woman is found hung in her home where they also locate a burner phone that looks like she was having an affair. The PD first believes they need to look at the fling as the killer, but after speaking with the husband, they learn they were in the process of a divorce. So why would she be hiding moving on? The evidence starts to look too perfect like it was planted. And they believe it could be the wife of the man she was sleeping with. Everything isn’t always what it seems.

Eyebrows raised and mouth open every time a new twist was revealed. I loved the book. Definitely recommend.

Duurde lang, vond het niet echt een doorpakker. Normaal zijn thrillers geschreven met het idee dat niemand weet wat er aan de hand is en dan ineens een mega plottwist, maar in dit boek weet iedereen wat er gaande is. Niemand weet van elkaar dat ze het weten. En dan toch nog een plottwist.
