Loved this slow burn! Also it’s been so long since I read a (good) beauty and the beast story that I felt hooked right away. Also I’m a sucker for a band of vampire brothers in arms.

Only gripe is that the heroine on the cover doesnt look like shoshanna, who is described as having warm brown skin. Disappointing that the cover is so pale

This was a new author to me and I'm glad I took a chance.

This was well written with a fantastic story building and well developed characters. I like Shoshanna and became quite enamored by several of the Shroud members as well.

I am excited to see how all this turns out in other books.

Fantastic and exciting start to a new series. It is well written with incredible characters. It has adventure, love, emotion, romance, and the paranormal. The couple are compelling and have a great story. I am excited for the next book.
