Okay, so this is by far my favorite volume of the series.
I love how complex their relationships became in this volume. I just love complex characters and relationships where sometimes things are difficult BECAUSE of the people in the relationship, and how the two people in it handle everything.
It's just, I love it. I love the writing in this volume. So good. Sort of realistic? Never had the chance to kick someone's phone from their hand, or had my parents let me have more then three seconds of yelling at them - but maybe that's something that happens. I don't know.
Tori and Tao. I love them. They <3 my favorite characters. My favorite people. I love them.
Now I really want to read solitaire.
I think I just got used to sort of cringing at how fluffy it is but also having fun at the same time. I hope I'm not the only person who physically cringed at some parts in this story??

Best of the bunch so far, the book is as heartfelt as always but it’s really nice to see Nick and Charlie grow even more together. They both go through some very emotionally brutal times in this one (Charlie especially) and seeing them rely on each other’s strength was touching.
Also shoutout to Tori for stealing the show in the climax, she’s legendary.

Love the well-represented neurodivergent Spring household. I am past the age where I wanna see the panels of high schoolers kissing, but it is still such adorable content
