First of all, I cannot thank Lynette Noni enough for writing literally the BEST part 2 I could ever imagine especially when I never thought it would even be written!
After that cliffhanger in part 1, I was DESPERATE to know who was in the bushes, and although I always hoped it was Niyx, I couldn’t see any real possibility of it being him… but let me just say, I am so so so happy with Lynette’s decision for it to be Niyx. And not just because he is yet again another fictional character I am emotionally attached to, but because of his whole enigmatic purpose of being there and not to mention, the possibility of more books following his and Aven’s journey!
I loved the way the book just picked up straight from where we left off, with Niyx’s undying wit and “hello kitten”

THIS WAS SO PURE, BESTEST CHRISTMAS GIFT EVER!!
the only negative I have is that it’s the last bit of TMC we’ll ever get

Within a few pages I was already crying, within 10 I was bawling. It was the closure I needed, although my heart is still broken it's bittersweet now instead of obliterated. Thank you Lynette
