i was very bored for the majority of this book, the last 30% was really good though but it doesn't make up for it unfortunately.... i usually enjoy the miscommunication trope, but this one didn't do it for me :(

the first half of this book might be the most i’ve ever laughed in any book ever? like never ending constant laughter & fun. and the second half was maybe the most heartwarming sweet wholesomeness i’ve ever witnessed. like seriously, this was so freaking good. read it. i wish i could relive the first 60% —i was genuinely crying laughing.
This was such a light-hearted and fun read! Very few books have the ability to make me laugh out loud, but Hogle did it with Naomi’s sass.
While the ending was perfect in regards to Naomi’s and Nicholas’ relationship, I would kill to know how Deborah reacts to their quick wedding and how they combat her. I can’t help it - the mother-in-law drama revs me up.
Overall, I really enjoyed reading this book. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ça part sur un abandon. je peut pas cautionner certains comportements, surtout quand on est sur le point de se marier. les piques, les joutes verbales je suis pour surtout si c’est pour un début de relation ou a la limite de rajouter un plus a la relation. mais la y’a des choses pour moi qui ne passent absolument pas. alors oui je lis de la DR y’a des comportements qui ne sont pas normaux etc mais c’est le genre qui le veut. la on est dans une rom com et vraiment la je peux pas. celui là n’est pas fais pour moi. dommage.
