The art changed and I like it better that way. An indirect continuation of the previous "Archie & Sabrina" volume, introducing a new character who's just arrived to Riverdale, Katy Keene.

This was really interesting. I'm always amazed by how expansive the world of Archie is considering how many different characters I always end up seeing or meeting through different issue. This one was no different. 3.5 Stars

I think I may have missed some issues related to this one. For example, I didn't realize that Archie and Sabrina were a pairing until this issue. Riverdale is definitely a small town so the arrival of a new character was the talk of the town. I enjoyed seeing everyone's reactions to Katy Keene arriving. One of the more intriguing aspects of this single issue is definitely related to Katy's ability to make most of the Riverdale squad feel insecure about what they were doing prior to her arrival. She's not only intelligent with a great fashion sense, but she's also a great musician. I'll have to keep my eye on whether that will lead to any conflict, but I highly doubt it will be on her end. She was extremely humble and wanted to remain under the radar until she was convinced to do otherwise by her sister. I haven't yet finished Mark Waid's run of Archie so I may need to go back and do that before I hop into the next issue. Overall, it was a solid start. I'm excited to see how the rest of the issues will develop.
