This was enjoyable but far, far too short and a bit disjointed. It's trying to do 5 things at once (4 biographies and a history of early NPR) and it attempts that in less than 300 pages - and each one isn't weighted evenly. This is a good primer for someone who doesn't know much about early NPR, like me, but it just left me wanting to know more.
