I’ve read both of Christian White’s novels now and I’ve concluded this: Christian White knows how to write great books!
The Nowhere Child is another absolute page-turner. I smashed through this because I just couldn’t put it down.
Alternating between two timelines, the mystery of a little girl’s disappearance in Kentucky begins to unravel when she’s seemingly discovered as an adult in present day Melbourne. Featuring snakes, religious cults and a lot of ugliness, The Nowhere Child is dark, gritty and creepy and a fantastically put together story.
Christian White is a must-read author for all thriller and mystery lovers.

This book drags you in from the beginning, captivating! The then and now context switching is just enough for you to keep guessing but also feeding you information for you to bring the whole picture together. There is a lot of different elements to this book, lots of themes covered. The ending is not the perfect wrap up which is always nice.
