This feels like a very fresh entry into the psychological thriller genre! I really enjoyed the main character and the feeling of the small town that the author created. This one kept me guessing right up until the end!
Commenced, and completed, in less than 12 hours (only stopped for unavoidable adulting). Simply could not put it down.

Heel erg van dit boek genoten. Zat goed in elkaar en eerlijk gezegd had ik dit einde niet kunnen voorspellen. Vaak had ik het moeilijk met bepaalde gedachtegangen van personages maar al bij al viel het goed mee. Aangenaam luisterboek trouwens!
Read this in one sitting. Found it unputdownable. Totally engrossing. A great evening's entertainment after feeling like I was in a reading slump for a few days.

I enjoyed this book, I read it in a few hours. The intense ending was shocking and I liked the twist of it all, my heart was racing! The middle of the book fell a bit flat for me and it wasn't as gripping as other thriller/mysteries I have read. In saying that though, it was easy to read and good entertainment. Excellent for a debut novel!
