A bit grim, very grim. But very twisty and kept me guessing until the end. 

I’ve seen other reviews say the twists were obvious and there were clear clues all throughout - I’m not usually a thriller reader so perhaps this was why I didn’t realise what was going on until the end.

It's definitely a dark action sort of book but it's very good.
