Not as revolutionary as it seemed to think it was. Maybe the author was from a different generation than me? Could be helpful to some people. Nothing bad to report.

This book was recommended to me ro unpack some of the unhelpful experiences of my upbringing. It was a bit useful in that way. But also the tone is supersmug, self congratulatory and a little too convinced it's full of insights.
