Listen, I’m not the biggest second chance romance person, but I really enjoyed this one. Farrell had all of those amazing “Touch Her and Die” vibes that left me swooning. Although “secret children” is a trope that a lot of people don’t prefer, it worked really well with this storyline and these characters, plus Farrell as a father made me swoon even harder.
I enjoyed the thread of suspense that was threaded through this story. Some of the parts were a touch predictable, but there were also several things that really caught me off guard and surprised me.
This was the first book in Jenna & Farrell’s story and it won’t be the last!

Did 2 things i really dislike in books and just couldnt look passed it. a hated trope secret baby and a choice for the ending i just dont enjoy. It may not be bad for anyone else it just rubs me the wrong way
