Great book, George Jackson's analysis of Fasicsm, the black colony, old socialists and new socialists, and what imperial socialist have to do in order to beat the fascists is spot on. Every socialists/communist should read this book.
I pay my respects to the one who does not fear death by 1000 cuts and who dares to unseat the emperor.

I would rate this a 3.5 out of 5 if I could; not of any fault of the author whose work is very illuminating and increasingly relevant in today's time (especially with the various current social justice movements such as the Free Palestine movement, BLM, reproductive justice, etc); but of my own lack of intellect and naivete in understanding revolutionary theory. I would love to read more books like this to gain comfort and look forward to perhaps re-reading this book when I have a better foundation and can understand some of the commentaries brought to light better.
