This was a beautiful book and I enjoyed reading it despite how sad this book is. The way Samra was able to share her story was eloquently written.
Graphic: Homophobia, Incest, Religious bigotry, Xenophobia, Islamophobia, and Adult/minor relationship
Moderate: Child abuse, War, and Sexual content
Minor: Domestic abuse and Transphobia

This is an amazingly sensitive and articulate memoir about a girl who finds out that she is queer. The book also takes you with her on the path to find an healthy relationship with her faith, her community and her past.
