I would prefer the pictures to be lighter. Probably just my old eyes. The close up drawings are exquisite though. 

Even though, being a children's book, I knew it would end well, I still felt the tension as the story unfolded.

I didn’t expect this to be such a tense read! I had seen the movie years ago and forgot almost all of the plot, so re-experiencing the twists and turns was a treat. A very satisfying ending after a chaotic whirlwind of a story.

This book is great, the storyline is so intriguing and the artwork is beautiful. Super quick read, I would definitely recommend it.

A livello grafico questo libro è stupendo, ma per quanto riguarda la storia non è eccezionale.
La storia alla base è, infatti, sviluppata in maniera troppo semplificata per essere veramente impattante. Credo che ciò risulterebbe meno accentuato per il target, ma per un pubblico già leggermente più maturo, ciò potrebbe risultare come un problema.
