cliffhanger ending, insane reality show, etc makes it not worth it
The concept sounded interesting until you get to the reality show. It makes zero sense as a show, but that is about par for the world building. It is essentially Maze Runner with werewolves. Major disappointment made worse by the fact the book just ends in a cliffhanger. Just say no to cliffhangers.

This book kept me on the edge of my seat waiting for what crazy twist was going to come next. I can't wait to see what comes next for Kira, Wyatt & the rest of the shifters!

Very enjoyable PNR.
Kira being a badass is cool. Wyatt started out kind of weird and shifty (no pun intended), but grew on me during his POV chapters.
The whole idea of The Reject Project was interesting, and I liked how we slowly learn the reality of it with the characters. The fate of the mates, the alphas that don’t get chosen, and the consequences of what Kira has planned.
Kira is in denial about so many things, and it got a little annoying at times (as Wyatt would agree), but it felt like that was the point.
The twists at the end…. 🫣 Very excited for book two.
Overall, great story for fans of paranormal romance.
