I started this book (and read the bulk of it) sitting in the waiting room of my local emergency clinic at 1am waiting to find out what was wrong with my very sick cat. This book is probably why I didn't have a complete and utter meltdown, and will therefore always hold a special place in my reading history. It's also funny as fck and I recommend it to anyone who loves cats.
Some funny parts. But I wanted every page to make me snort. Cute pictures though.

Una colección de ilustraciones sobre gatos.
Los dibujos tienen mucha personalidad y son entretenidos, que sean full color le suma a la experiencia. Sin embargo, los textos son un poco caóticos. Van desde párrafos con intento de historia, parodias a la cultura popular o incluso humor negro.
Personalmente, hubiera preferido que siguiesen una sola línea (cualquiera porque todas están bien logradas), especialmente por que las ilustraciones sí tienen un estilo definido muy claro.
Se siente como un libro que podría ser más unificado, pero tal vez la idea era justamente que no lo fuera.
Es entretenido, se lee rápido y, sin dudas, saca unas cuantas sonrisas.

The drawings are great, with a lot of personality and nice details. also, they are full color and that's always a nice to have.
On the other hand, the texts are a mixed bag, some of them are weird, others are parodies of pop culture and a few try to sound -a little- more real. I enjoyed all of them, but I would like it better if there was a more clear style, specially since the illustrations are so good and work as an unit..
Still, it's a nice read that will make you smile.

This book was pretty great! I really enjoyed the artwork and creativity of it all. Some cats were much more funny than others. I think my favorite was Noodles the imaginary friend.
