Probably a god awful book. Sure it’s very sexist and the men are idiots and it’s another book blaming women for putting up with their behaviour rather than the men causing harm. HOWEVER I was very lonely and sad in a Russian airport when I read this so I read it all in one lot and oh wow I wish I’d taken the advice set out in it now - could have save a lot of heartache. Anyway clearly I’m no good with self help books as I read this , spat it out my ear and proceeded to vomit it al down myself by my behaviour but I do love a good self help book and if nothing else I did screenshot the quote about when a woman goes to a man late at night she might as well have a sign saying she delivers or something , I’ll give it a nice 3 for that quote

I think this book advocates important things for a woman to follow, mainly to focus on herself and be her number 1 priority, to not get swallowed in a man's life and demean herself in any way. Although, it may talk only about the worse case scenario of men, but it still stands that many still suffer from the same things with a potential partner. I would recommend reading it with the focus on how to improve yourself as a woman, and the behavior to keep that will benefit you more than to focus on how to please a man. Do it for you. Please you
