I enjoyed this book a lot! It has a solid plot and the change in the main character was nice to watch. I do wish there was more of Zoe getting pleasured other than one mention.
It’s another invitation, and as she’s beginning to think she always will with Zoe, Mollie replies with a simple, “Yes, please.”
A pretty fun read, for what it was. I mean, if you've ever read an erotic rich/poor f/f romance, you can probably tell exactly what this novella is going to be like, but I can't say that I didn't enjoy my time with it! It's really... idk, moderate? Which is a compliment! It's BDSM, but pretty light, none of the over-the-top stuff that I hate. The rich girl/poor girl stuff isn't super exaggerated, and Zoe isn't obnoxious about her wealth. It's also taboo because of the boss/employee aspect, and there's probably some code of ethics violations in here, but again, nothing so egregious that I wasn't able to suspend my disbelief? The side characters were cute; not as flat as they often are in short books like this. The conflict was predictable as all get out, but that didn't stop me from overall enjoying this sexy (and really sweet) romance. I didn't love my first read from this author, so this was a pleasant surprise! I know she has a lot of books in this vein, so I'll try them out when I'm next in the mood.

Listen, I'm not saying this book will blow your mind. But it's well written, very cute, made me sigh dreamily several times. I role-play this book in my mind before falling asleep.
there is also this scene where our dominant lady asks our heroine who in my imagination is me of course thank you if she likes penetration and then plays with her pubic hair for a short moment, and i had to put the book down and stare out of my head while my brain tried to scramble a thought together because those sentences had no right to be that erotic.

3.5 Stars - I thought the writing was really good. I enjoyed the banter and side character's a lot. I would highly recommend for folks that are into dom/sub scene. It's not really my fav, but I think if you like it you will really enjoy this story.
