I wanted to give the author the benefit of the doubt after The charm offensive because the characters were lovely despite using a POC and making him as whitewashed as possible. Same with this one. Dont know how condescending or ignorant you have to be to assume that being a queer POC is no different than being white. Also Logan is insufferable.

In this hilarious queer rom-com, childhood friends-turned-enemies Logan Maletis and Rosemary Hale take their former high school English teacher with a terminal illness on a cross country road trip.

I’m a sucker for an enemies to lovers story, and this didn’t disappoint. I laughed, I cried, and felt every emotion in between. Definitely recommend!!
