I technically started this book back in 2011 & then kind of forgot about it except to meditate on military industrial complex & prison industrial complex which i later learned my reflections were described by the school to prison pipeline. So for as much as this book influenced me, I knew as someone living in the pipeline at that very moment with a hostile & unaccomdating legal system for correcting my documentation. Point being, I would've been triggered heavily, and now I'm at a part in my life where I could read it, understand Foucaultian vocabulary, etc.
It was very good. Definitely the kind of book I'm going to pursue getting a hard copy for myself.
