I'd give this closer to 3.5 stars than 4 but even still, this book was fun.
Continuing the fun Goosebumos-vibe from the first book, we're introduced to three new kids and their friends and family as they get caught up in the weirdness that is Freddy Fazbear's Pizza.
Easily the best story of the bunch was Lonely Freddy. The sheer sadness from watching this kid finally coming to terms with his own issues and wanting to make ammends with his family only to have that opportunity snatched away from him. For him to get trapped with other lost souls all screaming out for help in the dark... That was a messed up tale.

I'm glad the final short story in this book ended on a light note--especiallt after the tragedy of the character in the second story.
I'm dying to write a full character and family analysis for that second story "Lonely Freddy" but that will have to wait until I finish my other reviews I'm behind on. Nevertheless, I really loved all three stories in this volume.
On to the next one.

Review: I am in love with these books! I love the premise and the stories. They’re well crafted and written. The stories are also very spooky and I’ve been having so many nightmares. Definitely recommend for the spooky season.
The only issue I had with this particular book is the animal violence and death. It was a bit hard on me.
Verdict: Recommend for FNAF fans!

Woohoo! Yay, I really enjoy the FNAF franchise, the games, the books – all of it.
This was the second instalment of the Frights series, and it’s just as good as the first. My favourite story was Fetch, it had some Child’s Play vibes, I’m not gonna lie. But it was still enjoyable. The whole collection suffers from lack of characterisation throughout, but we’re not exactly reading these books for the deep character arcs. We want schitcky 80’s inspired horror.
And we get it! Can’t wait for the next one!
