Probably one of my favorite Shakespeare plays, upon closer examination. The careful attention to and deconstruction of gender is probably one of my favorite elements of the play.

The transphobia is arguable but considering the Witches Three are likely transfeminized subjects in the Middle Ages, the three face transphobia and misogyny (and transmisogyny) from Banquo. The death and murder is...pretty explicit within the text.
