I really enjoyed hearing about how he grew his career as well as his family stories, but for me it dragged on a little bit too long and got a little too repetitive in way that got old after a while.

Wow! You really do get to see Jo in a whole new way after this. It helps see him more as a person and not just a famous comedian.

I love jo Koy and have watched his specials on Netflix. This book was a great mixture of serious and funny. It was great reading on his journey to becoming a comedian, fatherhood, family, and dealing with mental health issues. I would absolutely recommend this book!

Getting to know more about a great comedian and the struggles he faced not to be typecast as that Filipino comic. Some of the material does cross over with his standup so you may be hearing some of these stories again. Overall an easy and enjoyable read.
