You can’t understand how close I was to giving this another 3.
You can’t understand how the last 100 pages had me SO shook and emotional that I immediately decided it would be criminally unjustified to give it lower than a 4. If the last 100 pages were the whole book, I’d give it a 5.
Alex’s writing has progressively gotten better and better as the books go on. I have my issues, I’m picky about plot holes and character development and like…. weird honeymoons in the middle of the world ending *cough cough* BUT….
This overall was really really good. The point is, I had such a good time reading it.
I will be picking up book 4 so fast.
