Absolutely fantastic! Loved this installment of Disney’s Little Mermaid imagined for grown ups. Ariel, one of 6 sisters in a world renowned girl band, meets Eric, an up and coming musician who loves music, except for hers. Mistaken identity, forced proximity, quirky bandmates, and an adorable guinea pig make for a charming story full of life and heart. Great on #audio.

It was really sweet. I liked how while there was an immediate connection, the relationship continued to develop. The third act conflict was obvious, but it was handled well.

This rockband, coming of age, secret identity, Little Mermaid retalling romance is book 3 in the Meant to Be series, although you can totally read it as a standalone. It was a very fun read! A modern retelling of a story we know so well, in a rockband/superstar setting with podcasts and social media. My favorite part was the text exchanges between Ariel and her sisters. I would've liked the ending to be a little less rushed.

Started off really slow. Plot was OK. Loved the sisters' group chat. The Little Mermaid references were cute.

Great modern telling of the Little Mermaid, even made me like the original version more!
