This was fun when I was just starting to grasp things. I passed it into the void for better books. This is Anarchism romanticized. Not a fan of that aspect.

Lots to criticize here, especially it's bourgeoise target demographic, but as a "for beginners" book on anarchism, it could be much, much worse. Not a lot for me here, so I think I'll give it to my 15 year old. It seems like the kind of book that would have changed my life at 15. I'm not sure if that still applies if your dad gives it to you...

Sorry, but I don't think I was the audience for this book. It was too full of purposed victimization and zero hope, no matter what it shouted.

One of the best anarchist books to be published in the last 10 years. Takes on the genre of beginner's books, adds some theory and history, and seasons with a healthy dose of countercultural fun. Politics doesn't have to be boring and serious.

Can't say I took a whole lot of this book to heart but it's definitely a thinker I suppose. A lot of their ideologies concerning how we live in regards to actually living life reminded me of The Trouble With Being Born .

The most 'inspired' this book made me was in rethinking how i answer the question, "What do you do?", in the future.

Definitely not about the "Be Like Ted" bit.
