Ichinoi calculating how much manga she would be able to read if she lives to 85 is such a sweet but sad moment, I love her.
This book is adorable. I had a smile on my face through most of the book. It is such a sweet story of two lonely people finding a friend. The awkwardness and second guessing if someone actually wants to talk/ hang out with you was really well done. Intergenerational friendships aren't shown that much and I think this was a lovely start to a sweet story. I really enjoyed the art as well.
