Love Gaiman but this one didn't click for me until the last 100 or so pages. I think its setting and plot, and overall magic in his writing were his usual high quality - I think I just didn't connect with any of the characters until the end.

This book is magical. Both in the theme and to read. Having been recommended this to read for so long and finally reading it, I understand why it was highly recommended and will be highly recommending it to everyone as well.

It takes you back to your youth while simultaneously reminding you what it is to an adult, but not in a way that depresses you.

I had a lot of fun reading this.
