A very short compilation of personal essays written in the aftermath of the killing of George Floyd, Whites talked about racism specifically the kind that the black community suffered. As the author hailed from London, she also touched on how racism in England was the same as in America, only better disguised. She was not shy to call out those who thought being self-aware of their white privilege is an end in itself, without having to do anything more to change the status quo. In such a small book, she shared her own experiences with racism and talked about the things that we might not be aware of. She briefly introduced Barnor Hesse's idea of The 8 White Identities, which I thought was very thought-provoking.

even shorter than you think it is. Mostly it's kind of personal musings, almost journal entries, trying to work through everything that happened in 2020 and also before and eventually the same stuff after too. Not sure how to rate

I like the way that Uwagba phrased certain things.  It makes me think of things in a different way.
