This is just such a bubbly lovely romance. Like they are completely obsessed and acting as a couple from the moment they meet. If anyone wants a really feel good, non-toxic, relationship building romance, I would definitely recommend this.

Barely squeaked by as a 3. Loved the beginning, but honestly disliked the last 25%. Felt forced, rushed, and that the author absolutely needed everything to be tied up in a bow.

I was soooooo bored during this. The characters are written poorly (more trope-y than anything else) and I hated them. Maybe it’s the end of pride month talking, but this man was giving me the ick so bad leading Sage on but then confessing to being celibate and also having his… pierced????? Sorry, but no.

Spiral review 🩰 🏒 

Fake dating? Ballerina x hockey player? Slow Burn? 

The makings of a very fast paced and fun read. I really, really loved Collide and was hoping to love Spiral even more but it didn’t live up to the love I had for Collide. I enjoyed this one and it kept me entertained but the book felt rushed in the plot from the start and I had a hard time relating to our FMC, Sage. I also think Eli, our MMC, used the “celibate” thing a little odd but maybe that’s just me. 

While this wasn’t my favorite story ever I am looking forward to reading more about this fun group of hockey friends in the next book!
