The FMC annoyed me so much I got mad every time her POV came around. Just ask for help! Also, the MMC deserved better.

I loved this book!! It was such a fun, emotional, and beautiful story all at once. This book made me sob, swoon, smile—and feel all the emotions really. It’s just so incredibly cute and wholesome, and the found-family aspect? Absolutely perfect.

I have mixed feelings about Sage, but I really admired how hard she worked, and the way she loved and cared for the people around her was truly beautiful. And Elias?? He is EVERYTHING. So precious, so perfect—I completely adored him. This book was an emotional rollercoaster in the best way, and I loved every second of it!

was this book anything revolutionary? no, not really… but did i have a good time? yes, definitely. i absolutely ate this book up. i think i read it in the span of 24 hours, maybe a little bit more. i found myself gasping out loud at things people did or said, looking at the imaginary camera (i know you know), and giggling out loud.

as i said before, i absolutely loved elias. i thought he was just the sweetest mmc and i loved the way that he cared for sage. i also really loved sage as a character. i thought that her character was very well developed. i always love when characters in romance books exist beyond the romance itself. she had other dreams and responsibilities in addition to the relationship that we’re following.

overall, i really enjoyed this book! i’d definitely recommend it if you’re in the market for a mostly lighthearted romance novel with a sprinkle of more serious topics :)

This was so fun and weird. Stanley cup happening = gotta read a hockey book and this met the moment. The drama at the end though w the other dancers was rushed and rando and I’m not sure it added to the story? Fluffy fluff fluff so it doesn’t matter! Some quality elements still!
