*Audiobook* Yet another great installment in this series! The first half was exciting with Lexi learning more about herself and her powers and trying to figure out what she could do. As well as Cole coming to terms with who he had and would have to become in order to protect Lexi. The amount of tension in the 2nd half of this was giving me soooo much anxiety, MY GAWWWD!!!! But it was soo good, and as usual, listening to this was fantastic! It felt like I flew through this one! The surprises just keep coming with this series, I swear! More world building too! Very nice. And I can't forget about the SPICE! Probably not quite as much as some of the other installments of this series (they were kinda busy with other things in this one, haha!), but what we did get was fabulous

I'm unsure what I can say about this without giving away things. I will say that we get one of the dragon's POV and I had to actually go back to the beginning of the chapter to reread because I was like, wait, who is this talking? It was great! So much information in that short little chapter.

Lexi continues to grow and is trying to learn her powers. Cole is getting more powerful. Things start to go down in this one. And of course the end makes you want to immediately start the next book. I really am loving this series.
