I won this book, so a big thanks to Goodreads and KJ Waters. Let me start by saying I love a good time travel book. Throw in some technology, witchiness and a tall/dark/handsome hero...I'm all in. That being said, I think that Ronnie's storyline could have stood on its own. I didn't understand the prologue, and Steph/Nick's storyline seemed a bit much-could have backed this off a bit. However, I loved everything else. I'm going to have to pick up the next book now because I need to know what happened to Matthias and how they are connected. Also, I'm curious to see if there is a reason that the prologue and Steph/Nick existed at all. Jeffrey, though, I hope he rots.

This book was a little infuriating to be honest. There is a lot going on and the author did not do well with connecting it all together. I think that was on purpose though. I mean I guess not concluding any or the answers or connecting any of the characters storylines is a decent way to get people to read buy the next book but I think it's pretty crappy. At least give up SOME answers! Waters just abruptly ended the book without giving any real conclusion. I honestly wasn't planning to read the next book because I just didn't enjoy the book that much but now I just really want to see how she and if she wraps up all this craziness so I guess she got me! LOL
