OMG… what the actual F did I just read?!? Wow! It was soooo good. Started a little slow but ending with my head reeling!! Love love loved it!!!
This was the 2nd book I read of Jeneva Rose, the first one was You Shouldn’t Have Come Here and so far what I’ve noticed with both books, it’s dragged out and the end is just a short chapter of “BAM!” Like here’s the ending with a very small and short detail. The Perfect Marriage was a good plot, slow burn but same type of ending as her other book. I felt like there should’ve been more explained compared to how long we went around in circles. But I gave it a shot and still give it at least a 3 as I love thrillers and just got back into reading.

Couldn’t put this book down! I wanted to figure out the murderer!
I think this is my favorite of Jeneva Roses books so far! I had a few guesses and they were all wrong lol. I couldn’t stand the MMC and his thought process but I honestly still had a good time trying to figure it all out anyways.
Though I do wish there was some more hints through out the book instead of it all being revealed at the end. Because dang that was quite the twist lol.

1.75/2 stars. this was SOOOOO predictable and honestly everyone pissed me off and just seemed so incredibly stupid!!!!! everyone also needs to visit a psychiatric hospital to get diagnosed with bipolar or bpd because why were they changing their feelings about something every chapter and dramatizing situations and just brushed past it like its normal 😭😭😭 genuinely everyone pissed me off in this book. but i just couldn’t stop reading because i wanted to find out if my predictions were correct(and they were). i also found the writing pretty mid.
